To qualify for a standard return or exchange, the product must satisfy the applicable legal requirements and remain unused, complete and in its original condition with its original components, accessories and packaging.

EEZE Floss is a personal oral-hygiene device containing components specifically designed to come into direct contact with the mouth.

Products or oral-contact components that have been used, contaminated, damaged, improperly handled, or are otherwise no longer in their original hygienic condition may not qualify for return or exchange, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Kuwaiti law.

Customers are therefore encouraged to carefully inspect the product, contents and accessories before first use.

A change of mind, personal preference or dissatisfaction with the product after use is not considered a product defect and does not, by itself, create an additional entitlement to a refund or exchange beyond rights provided by applicable law.

All products submitted for return, exchange or a claimed defect may be subject to inspection and assessment by Freelance before a refund, replacement or exchange is approved, where permitted by applicable law.

Submitting or returning a product does not automatically constitute approval of a refund or exchange.

Customers may be asked to provide proof of purchase, photographs, videos and a description of the reported problem before or as part of the assessment.

Where the product is found to have been used, contaminated, damaged through misuse, improperly handled or otherwise rendered ineligible for return, Freelance may refuse the requested return, exchange or refund to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Where a manufacturing defect, incorrect product or another matter requiring a remedy under applicable Kuwaiti law is established, Freelance will provide the applicable remedy in accordance with those legal requirements.

Where a refund is approved or legally required, processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or overrides a mandatory consumer right under the laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.

Customers who believe EEZE Floss has a manufacturing defect should contact Freelance and provide reasonable information demonstrating the reported issue.

Freelance may inspect and test the product, where appropriate, before determining whether a manufacturing defect exists.

Damage or malfunction resulting from misuse, accidental damage, improper charging, liquid damage outside the product’s intended use, improper cleaning or storage, unauthorized modification or repair, use of incompatible accessories or chargers, missing components, or failure to follow the supplied instructions will not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Any mandatory remedy required under applicable Kuwaiti law remains unaffected.
